At Faith & Works, each item is made to order with purpose and intention. Because of this, all sales are handled with care and aligned with our fulfillment process.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Color selection
  • Change of mind

All products are custom-made, so please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Return Required
